These terms govern your use of the Reilly International Real Estate website (the “site”). Please read them carefully. By accessing or using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by CAM Facility Services Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17314626) whose registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. We trade as “Reilly International Real Estate”. You can contact us at enquiries@reillyire.com.
2. Information only – no advice or offer
The site is for general information only. It exists to tell you about Reilly International Real Estate and to enable enquiries. Nothing on the site constitutes investment, legal, tax or other professional advice, nor an offer or invitation to invest or to enter into any contract. Any reference to assets, strategy or approach is illustrative only and is not a recommendation. You should not rely on any content on the site.
3. Not a financial promotion; no regulated services
Reilly International Real Estate is the property arm of a single family office, and we invest the family’s own capital. We do not market, offer or solicit any investment, product or service; we do not list or sell property; and we do not provide financial services to third parties. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Nothing on the site is a financial promotion, or an invitation or inducement to engage in investment activity.
4. No contract or legal relationship
The site is provided for information only and does not create any contractual or other legal relationship between you and us. Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance, and we do not assume any duty of care or responsibility to you in connection with your use of, or reliance on, the site. This is subject only to the matters in the “Liability” section below, which cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Intellectual property
The “Reilly International Real Estate” name, the crest and the wordmark are owned by third party entities and are used by us under licence. The content, design and layout of the site are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, frame or distribute any part of the site without our prior written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the site – including by scraping, harvesting or extracting data, introducing viruses or other malicious code, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the site or its supporting systems – or use it in any way that could damage, disable or impair it.
7. Links to other sites
The site may contain links to third-party websites. Those links are provided for convenience only; we do not control, and are not responsible for, the content of any third-party site, and a link does not imply our endorsement.
8. Liability
We take care to keep the site accurate but make no warranty or representation that its content is complete, accurate or current, or fit for any purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Privacy
We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you should read and which applies to your use of the site.
10. Security and impersonation
We will never request payment or financial details by email, and we will never email you payment or bank-transfer instructions. If you receive a message claiming to be from us that asks for money or financial information, treat it as fraudulent and contact us directly, using the details above, to verify.
11. Changes
We may change the site, and these terms, at any time. The terms that apply are those published on the site at the time you use it, so please review them each time you visit.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the site (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
