- Enquiry details you give us: your name, email address, telephone number, the content of your message, and your area of interest.
- Mailing list: if you sign up, your email address and any preferences you give us.
- Our website does not use analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies. We use only cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the site, if any (see “Cookies” below).
3. How we use your data, and our lawful basis
- To respond to and manage your enquiry and to correspond with you – on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating our business and dealing with enquiries.
- To send you mailing-list updates you have asked for – on the basis of your consent.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations – on the basis of our legal obligations.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we do so only where your interests and rights do not override them, and you may object at any time.
4. Mailing list and marketing
We send marketing emails only to people who have opted in to receive them. You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time, using the link in every email or by emailing us at enquiries@reillyire.com, and we will stop.

Our site does not use analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies, so we do not show a cookie-consent banner. We use only cookies that are strictly necessary to make the site work, if any. If we introduce any non-essential cookies in future, we will update this policy and obtain your consent where the law requires it.
6. Sharing your data
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate – such as our website host and our email and communications providers – under written agreements that require them to protect it and to act only on our instructions. We may also disclose data where we are required to do so by law.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. For your security: we will never request payment or financial details by email, and we will never email you payment or bank-transfer instructions. If you receive a message claiming to be from us that asks for money or financial information, treat it as fraudulent and contact us directly, using the details above, to verify.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version that applies is the one published here, and the date at the top shows when it was last updated.
